Description
Red Fuji apples are bred from two apple varieties, Red Delicious and Virginia Ralls Genet
Characteristics of Red Fuji apples:
- High sweetness and gentle aroma.
- The flesh of the apple is very crispy, but not hard.
- Crimson apple peel, creamy yellow.
- The fruit is large, watery, and rich in Vitamin C and fiber.
Nutrient contents:
Like other apple varieties, Fuji Apples contain many nutrients that are good for the body, such as a source of vitamin C or Pectin – a type of soluble fiber that helps reduce "bad" cholesterol in the body.
Apple peels also contain Ursolic acid that helps burn calories, enhance muscle growth, and reduce body fat.
Storage instructions:
Táo Red Fuji can be stored in the refrigerator at temperatures between 4 to 8 degrees Celsius and stay fresh and crisp for 1 to 4 weeks. After this period, the apples may become sweeter and softer.
Do not store apples together with other foods like onions or garlic to avoid absorbing odors. Also, avoid placing apples near potatoes as apples can spoil easily.
